We apply our FLORATM anaerobic pretreatment and CyndiTM post treatment as main biological steps, the process also includes inlet filtration, effluent polishing, biological desulphurisation of biogas, and many more items. Our unique FLORATM reactor allows to turn solids and fat contents of dairy wastewater into valuable biogas.
Compared to typical process trains applied at dairy plants, our technology offers reduced sludge production, reduced energy demand, increased biogas production and minimum chemical demand. We completely eliminate primary-, or chemical sludge production and related substantial disposal costs.
